How to lose weight in a natural way

The aim of today's session is to shed some weight as soon as possible by eating 100g of fruits and vegetables at 6 a.m. I started with instant oats and won't go back to before breakfast. If this session goes well, I will have a meal at 6 p.m. Be creative with the food. This is my usual morning ritual. Having an on-the-go kind of breakfast in itself is a great way to get your day started. The idea of putting no-cook food in the morning is great for our busy working lives. The kind of options I like to have are something that goes into your stomach and comes out through your mouth. Starch-type foods are not meant to be eaten at 6 a.m., to be fair. Traditional foods like oats and whole milkshakes are great choices. It is advisable to make sure you are consuming enough calories. Even though breakfast is a bit toned down, so is the session.
